Rich Pezzullo sees firsthand the effect of Federal meddling in health care industry and has vowed to fight it.
As a technology manager, he sees how regulations regarding data collection and reporting are affecting the daily contact between doctors and patients. Rich supports full ObamaCare Repeal and will use his power as a member of the House of Representatives to block funding and implementation of this dangerous proposal. If the Senate and Congress cannot agree on a replacement, Rich feels that it shows that when debated, there is no proper way for the Federal government to design a "One Size Fits All" solution that addresses the individual requirements of 330 million people.
Being pro-life, Rich has examined the health care choices available and believes our sisters, mothers, wives and girlfriends deserve more choices than abortion.
He believes that women have health issues requiring assistance but opposes using tax dollars to pay for abortions. Rich has advocated that sensible regulations on service providers, not unlike those placed on other medical professionals, including parental notification and informed consent, are in the best interest of the patients. Bob Menendez supports unrestricted abortion for any reason at all, up to, and including the day of delivery, and funded by taxpayers. That represents a poor set of choices for women.
As a businessman, Rich understands the importance of balancing a budget and providing services at prices which a customer can afford.
Rich believes the Federal Government needs to take the same approach and supports major cuts in government welfare programs created and expanded in recent years, most particularly ObamaCare and other giveaways like free cell phones, 99-week unemployment handouts and welfare benefits that encourage people not to work and live off taxpayers. Rich supports President Trump in his efforts to reform welfare programs.
Rich believes the previous administration’s harassment of citizens through the IRS and spying on citizens through the NSA needs to be stopped.
He rejects the notion that government needs to increase spying on American citizens in order to fight criminals and terrorists.
The son of a cop, Rich understands the sacrifice of police and their families and will bolster the efforts of Law Enforcement.
Rich supports the individual right to keep and bear arms and opposes new federal gun control laws.
He has earned an AQ rating from the National Rifle Association, the highest rating that a candidate that does not hold public office can receive. He has been endorsed in the past by the GOA.
As the great-grandson of immigrants from Italy and Ireland who came legally to this country, Rich opposes proposals to give amnesty and eventually citizenship to as many as eleven million illegal aliens.
He believes we would be better served if we used a system where immigrants were sponsored, and did not become a drain on taxpayers, and wants to make English our official language. Rich Pezzullo believes that the border should be secured and the executive branch should be held accountable for every day that the security is not in place. Bob Menendez supports amnesty for illegal aliens, welfare for non-citizens and will oppose making English our official language.
Rich has been a long-time advocate for keeping energy costs low by opposing the radical “Green” agenda that’s driving electric and gasoline prices through the roof. He believes in and "ALL SOURCES" solution for energy.
He rejects the notion that Americans should have to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars each year to fight alleged “Global Warming.” Rich supports President Trump in the removal of the USA from the Paris Accords.
Rich Pezzullo believes the federal courts have gone way too far in legitimizing big government and attacking our conservative values.
As a Congressman, Rich will support more justices like Neil Gorsuch, chosen for his reverence for the Constitution, keeping in the model of Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas. Frank Pallone believes the courts are a place for Social Engineering and will advocate and oppose all but the most left-wing radicals offered seats on our federal bench.
Rich supports a strong national defense but opposes the notion that the United States should become the world’s policeman.
As U.S. Senator, Rich Pezzullo will oppose UN treaties that take away our national sovereignty and oppose all efforts to make American troops serve under international agencies. Bob Menendez has endorsed various UN treaties that would harm America’s ability to defend ourselves.
Israel is America’s closest ally in the Middle East and one of its closest allies and friends in the entire world. Not only do we share strategic goals, but also a belief in democracy, human rights and the rule of law.
The United States must be a vocal supporter of Israel’s right to defend itself against terrorist violence and should not pressure Israel to enter into peace agreements or concessions that threaten Israel’s ability to defend itself. Also important to Israel’s security, The United States must do everything in its power to prevent Iran from achieving nuclear capabilities, including keeping the military option on the table.
Rich believes that international agreements that are binding on the United States, such as the Paris Accords, should be considered as Treaties.
They must subject to the 2/3 consent threshold called for in the Constitution. He believes that we are 50 states and since a Treaty effectively binds each and every oney of them, no one person, such as the President, should be allowed to commit the entirety of them on basis of his personal desires.
